step #1: Breathe in breathe out
Breathing is something we depend on when we get stressed we get easily frustrated. That is when it calls for three deep breathes and thats when step two comes in.
Step #2: Evaluate
Stop take a second to evaluate what is making you stressed? Find that out and you can easily start to solve your problem.
Step #3: Solving
